A packet of <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">tomato<span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211;<\/span><\/span>flavoured crisps<\/p>\n<p>5. A glass of <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">apple<\/span> cider<\/p>\n<p>Job done!<\/p>\n<h4><strong>But I\u2019m just kidding!<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The latest science is <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">really<\/span> clear \u2013 for long term health you need to eat an <strong>anti-inflammatory<\/strong> diet. Why?
