The crime<\/h4>\n

Ryan left a \u00a320 note on his desk while he went to lunch. When he got back, it was gone.<\/p>\n

Later, his colleague John took out a \u00a320 note from his wallet to pay for drinks. He joked, “This isn’t your<\/span> \u00a320 note – I found it between pages 3 and 4 of the office supplies catalogue.”<\/p>\n

Ryan said: “I think you’re lying – it IS my \u00a320 note.”<\/p>\n

How did he know?<\/p>\n
